2020 was a challenging year, especially with the Covid-19 among all of us. No traveling, working from home, less freedom, lockdowns, suddenly the world looks so different. Let’s just hope that everything will return to a more normal state in this new year.
On the business site of things it was an interesting year. We haven’t released new brands but instead we opened new territories for Fruitkings.com (IE, FI, NZ) and we’ve put a lot of energy and effort in increasing our LTV’s. We improved the UX/UI of the sites, smart gamification, added PayPal and implemented new game providers like Evolution Games, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Inspired and Hacksaw. And we made changes to the early-life-cycle, CRM mails and messaging, faster response on support and we got better insights of the player data and we had more focus. This has sorted the right effect because the player value and number of retained deposits went up on all casinos. We could spend more on marketing because of this and generated more players and ftd’s than years before. We can say humbly that 2020 was a very good year in that way.
2021 looks set to be a very exciting year. We start with opening up Fruitkings for Canada on February 1st and we will go further with our expansion to new markets with our UK casinos Casushi and PeachyGames to be launched in Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and Finland.
The year also marks the 10-year anniversary of Bingocams, which still holds its position as the only bingo provider that has integrated the webcam and has the patented ‘Live Win Moment’. To celebrate this milestone Bingocams will be redesigned, including webcam use, live chat hosts (also on mobile), offering a one-of-a-kind bingo experience and a strong community feeling. The new next level version of Bingocams is planned for April 2021.
And it will be the year of the opening of the Dutch (NL) market finally. We know a lot of you are waiting for such a long time for the Dutch market to open up. As it stands now providers can apply for a license in April 2021, meaning if it all goes according to plan, you can operate on the Dutch market by the end of 2021.
We continue to expand and we’re looking forward to make it a year to remember.
