There are still a lot of affiliates who have not yet filled in their correct banking details or haven't updated it the details correctly. For a smooth proces of the monthly payments, you need to make sure your banking details are filled in correctly and that you have selected the right currency at Electronic Transfer.
The issues we had with the new payment process of Income Access and importing it in our own finance system have finally been solved. We have now exported the payment batch of April and we have processed the April commissions this morning finally. Our true appologies for keep you waiting so long. We will continue with the May commissions immediately and it will be processed next week.
